Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for candidate with 8+ years of experience working as JDBC, Java 8, Oracle WebLogic, Core Java, ANSI SQL, Spring Boot, Microservices.Location: Atlanta, GAJob Description and Qualifications include: (This is a hands-on development role)Required: Experienced in Core Java, Spring Boot and Micro Services application design. UNIX shell scripting and deployments. Knowledge about travel specific EDI i.e., IATA PADIS transactions like, TKTREQ/RES, TKCREQ/RES, PAOREQ/RES, SMPREQ/RES, CONTRL Messages. Experienced working in SAFe project delivery model. Good in application sizing, scoping and efforts estimation. Altova MapForce Professional Experience with analysis and designing the applications. Well versed in designing the EDI mapping with EDIFACT, XML, JSON, CSV, Flat Files, and custom file formats. Experience with any Database and SQL. Excellent technical and analytical skills. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Analyze the existing data transformation / unstable applications and research for bringing to Travelport+ initiative of single environment i.e., LTOTE (Links Transformation off TPF Enhancement). Provide technical consultation to Travelport teams on the new initiatives and MapForce transformations. Robust design for application migrations to the new LTOTE platform. Design, develop and review the GLM Rewrite application development. Technical delivery point of contact for the LTOTE applications. Support the customer, Performance testing and tune/fix the code. Regular interaction with Travelport SAFe PO (product Owner) and Scrum Master on the Program increment scope discussions, finalizations, and estimates. Responsible for making decisions on key technical issues. Provide the regular update on the ongoing projects to the leadership. Security scan, code fixes for vulnerabilities and get approvals Deployments to Pre-prod and production environments.
