Description: Summary Description & Essential Job Functions: This hands-on contributor will partner with key teams and stakeholders to test and manage the lifecycle of UAT issues; prioritize, organize, and align defect fixes, ensuring all business requirements are accurately captured, traceable, tested and deployed. He/she will: Support primary Product Manager for Mobile App and Web during the ECHO build as there will be large changes required compared to current state of each channel for the targeted booking and stay experience. Support ongoing App and Web asks, including, but not limited to BAU releases, pod work, project work (as needed); focusing on experiences and journeys shared across both channels (both digital and on-property). Responsible for defining business requirements & acceptance criteria, metrics & competitive analysis for related Product objectives & hypotheses, collaborating with dependent business units & stakeholders, and participating in UAT. Requirements: Experience/Certificates/Education BA/BS in Computer Science, IT or Business required 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in transactional websites and/or mobile apps with solid knowledge of shopping/retail functionality and API connectivity 2+ years of experience in working with functional or technical teams 2+ years of experience with software testing and Quality Assurance 1+ years of experience with third party integration and management of technology vendors Experience working in Agile methodologies, principles, and procedures Must be able to speak and write in English fluently Behavioral Competencies Must be results-driven, proactive, and focused on aligning action to ensure delivery Possesses the ability to view experiences from a customer perspective and make recommendations/callouts for optimization Keen prioritization/adaptation skills Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) Functional Competencies Strong analytical skills, the ability to understand complex workflows, and investigate possible issues Experience in testing and supporting responsive web applications with a mobile-first mindset Extremely detail-oriented, possessing the ability to think outside of the box Experience in JIRA and related product management tools General familiarity with APIs Ability to work with remote and third-party teams Interview Process:Interview with Director and Vice President Description: Summary Description & Essential Job Functions: This hands-on contributor will partner with key teams and stakeholders to test and manage the lifecycle of UAT issues; prioritize, organize, and align defect fixes, ensuring all business requirements are accurately captured, traceable, tested and deployed.
