Training Evaluation Specialist with Security Clearance

Job Number: R0144363 Training Evaluation SpecialistKey Role: Collect, analyze, and report academic metrics to evaluate course quality and alignment with stakeholder needs. Structure training evaluation strategies to provide recommendations to improve academic effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment. Administer and process end of course evaluations. Utilize Tableau to generate daily reports and create thoughtful visualizations. Provide recommendations for data analysis. Deliver in a fast-paced environment. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely. Basic Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in a training environment* Experience analyzing data using a variety of statistics * Experience collecting, compiling, analyzing and synthesizing information to provide data-based recommendations* Experience with Microsoft Office* Ability to demonstrate strong presentation and delivery* TS/SCI Clearance* Bachelor''s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, or IO Psychology Additional Qualifications: * Experience creating complex visualizations in Tableau * Experience conducting focus groups * Experience with instructional standards and frameworks, and evaluation models, including Kirkpatrick * Experience administering surveys and developing survey questions * Possession of oral and written communication skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
