In addition, he/she will be collaborating with the PMO team to establish best practice processes and promote an Agile mindset. Our employees are encouraged and empowered to make their own decisions, giving you the opportunity to be creative, learn new skills and grow.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProgram Management:Define, maintain and communicate multi-level roadmaps, from detailed, short-term project plans to high-level, multi-year product roadmapsEffectively communicate status, risks, issues, and decisions to senior leadershipDefine responsibilities, assign tasks and target dates, and track progressPrepare and conduct strategy definition and PI Planning workshopsManage and oversee third parties, helping to define program statements of work (SOW) and ensure third parties deliver in accordance with defined SOWsSupport cost-benefit analysis, planning and organization of new strategic initiativesEnsure successful on-time delivery, aligned with customer expectationsCoach Business and Digital team members in effective Agile collaboration (Business Owners, Product Owners, Scrum Masters etc.)Coach teams and Product Owners in defining and measuring meaningful KPIs to evaluate effectiveness of investmentsIdentify program resource requirements and coordinate acquisition of needed resourcesPMO and Agile Maturity:Define and communicate Digital PMO best practices and processesDrive continuous improvement across nVent in the delivery of Digital programsDefine Agile training material and coach the organization in Agile values, principles, practices and toolsRelationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with program sponsors, business & program leadership, project team members, and third-party contactsFacilitate team participation, conflict resolution, and consensus buildingApply business and technical knowledge and work in partnership with stakeholders at all levelsSKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSBasic Qualifications:Bachelor''s Degree, preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering or MathIdeally 7 years of experience in Digital and Agile Program LeadershipExcellent oral, written, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with Digital teams, Program stakeholders and executive leadershipAbility to lead, organize and motivate teams in geographically dispersed locationsAbility to understand and solve complicated Business problems while navigating in an uncertain environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience in Data and Analytics, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Machine LearningExperience in Management or Technology ConsultingPMP or CSM certification or equivalentSAFe Program Consultant CertificationLI-OR1LI-HybridAt nVent, we connect and protect our customers with inventive electrical solutions.
