Our family of brands includes Cub Cadet®, Troy-Bilt®, Robomow®, Rover®, and WOLF-Garten®.What You''ll DoMTD Products is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to plan and coordinate the distribution of products to customers and act as a liaison between the MTD Willard Shipping department, customer carrier companies, and the MTD Corporate Sales department. As a Logistics Coordinator you''ll be part of our Stanley Black and Decker, MTD Products Outdoor Global Operations Team located in Willard, Ohio. You''ll get to: Monitor open orders and inventory for all Willard FG DCs and make changes as neededAnalyze and resolve dead orders for product substitution or order cancellationVerify if inventory will be available from production by ship request dateReview and prioritize rework hold log based on customer order demandMonitor and manage order release based on product allocationsRun Maxload to determine fit of mixed loads, confirm equipment size needed, and best ship modePrepare loading instructions, special bills of lading, customs invoices, declarations, and compliance formsInvestigate and resolve pickticket shortagesEnsure customer compliance requirements are being metReview and modify truck schedule capacity to accommodate loading volumeAssign routing for prepaid orders using BluJay Solutions lean logistics system Secure routing for collect orders via customer logistics websites and routing guidesEngage carrier representatives to confirm loading appointments and detailsDetermine if orders can ship and backorder, or must ship completeProvide instruction to shipping if a load can be shorted or should be cancelledMonitor released orders to verify they are being loaded on timeReview late shipments and assign late reason codesVerify data accuracy in data entry points and shipment documentationProvide detailed reports for: shipments, rework hold logs, shipment balancing, carrier issuesCollaborate with other departments to address issues with production, quality, logistics, and customer ordersMaintain digital files using Digital Archive Retention and Retrieval System (DARRS) Process and submit freight damage claims related to customer returnsPerform departmental tasks as assigned by the Manager or Office AdministratorWho You Are You always strive to do a good job...but wouldn''t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
