Don''t miss this opportunity to join a rapidly growing and well-regarded organization.The BCBA will be responsible for the completion of behavioral assessments, development of treatment plans, provision of family consultations and trainings, supervision of behavior technicians, and direct treatment with a focus on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction. The BCBA is responsible for completing all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including, but not limited to the development of instructional programs; data collection, graphing and analysis; writing of progress reports; and development of behavior support plans.Qualifications:Current BCBA CertificationCurrent LABA License preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders and (ASD) Autism Spectrum DisorderSignificant experience in providing high quality ABA servicesCurrent with best practices and developments within the field of ABARegistered supervisor with the BACB and in good standing with the BACBStrong interpersonal and collaborative skillsExperience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventionsExperience with Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS-R or other related assessmentsEffective written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Word and ExcelValid driver''s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicleAvailability to work morning, after school and evening hoursMonthly CEU events offered at no cost to NFS employeesParticipation in all offered CEU events will meet the BACB''s CEU requirement for recertificationBenefits: (Full time employees)Health, dental & vision3 weeks paid vacation11 Paid holidays (including Juneteenth, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and NY Eve.)Generous sick time including mental health days401k retirement plan with up to 4% matchVoluntary short and long-term disabilityVoluntary Life InsuranceDependent care savings accountMileage reimbursementLongevity award - Monetary bonus and a vacation day annuallyCompany provided laptop and cell phoneOpportunity for professional growthSupervision for licensure providedTuition ReimbursementVerizon cell phone discount of 20%Compensation:Competitive Fee for Services rates ranging from $60 to $75 per hour based on credentials and experience!Full Time Salary $65,000 - $75,000 (with the opportunity to earn up to $90,000 a year with incentives!)
