Registered Nurse- Pre-Admissions

This position is eligible for a sign on bonus!*** Internal team members are not eligible for the sign on bonus**The Polyclinic is actively seeking Registered Nurse (RN) for their pre-admissions team in Seattle, WAThe RN''s primary role is to provide personalized patient care; support the provider''s practice by performance clinical duties and assisting in the coordination of patient care. The RN''s communication, conduct and performance should support the Polyclinic''s efforts in becoming a High Performance Organization.The position will primarily will be on the phone or reviewing charts of all patients scheduled at The First Hill Surgery Center. This position will not have any direct patient care. An RN License is required. Must be critical thinking, requires surgical experience, will screen patient prior to surgery.Pre-op background, reading images.***You will be working with a team of 3 other nurses and 1 per diem nurse. They also have a 1 pre-anesthesia RN be on site at all times.Hours: Monday-Friday; 4x9''s.Preferred Experience and Credentials:Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursingCertification/Licensure: Current Washington State registered RN license; BCLS certification is preferred.Experience working as an RN for one to two years preferred.UnitedHealth Group requires all new hires and employees to report their COVID-19 Vaccination statusFull COVID- 19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role.
