Position Purpose: Manage and oversee all activities and requirements of delegated sub-contractors, to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulatory and contract requirements Coordinate annual audits to measure the performance, including the request, receipt and closure of corrective action plans Oversee and review all executive summaries of audit results Ensure delegated contractor''s performance is consistent with the expectations, policies, procedures and requirements Participate in all quality management and improvement activities, including participating in key State stakeholder committees and meetings for all delegated functions Ensure the timely receipt of accurate and complete reporting for all regulatory and contractual-required reports required for the delegated subcontractor Oversee compliance with the contract between various business units and the subcontractor, to include the request, receipt and closure of corrective action plans, when necessary to address operational deficiencies Act as a liaison and resource to the delegated contractors regarding contract and regulatory requirements, as well as the communication of new or revised requirements Our Comprehensive Benefits Package: Flexible work solutions including remote options, hybrid work schedules and dress flexibility Competitive pay Paid Time Off including paid holidays Health insurance coverage for you and dependents 401(k) and stock purchase plans Tuition reimbursement and best-in-class training and development Education/Experience: Bachelor''s degree in Business Management, Health Administration, or related field. 5+ years relevant management experience required; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Practical knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and health plan administration desired.For Delaware only: Oversee and be responsible for all dental activities related to this Contract and serve as the main point of contact for DMMA regarding dental servicesCentene is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity, and values the ways in which we are different.
