This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in the fastest growing technology field.The Business Process Analysts (BPA) will document existing processes and identify areas of improvement and recommend more efficient workflows. Will meet with SMEs and managers to understand current processes, diagram process flows and suggest strategies to enhance business processes specifically in the IT, Security and Core Network department. Will also be responsible for writing internal documentation, playbooks, internal user guides and ensure content is updated regularly with a consistent naming structure in a proper repository. Responsibilities of this role include: Evaluate business processes, document requirements, uncover areas/processes for improvement, and recommend solutions to leadership Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and interview specialized resources and assist in writing content and diagram architecture Write content for service books/playbooks, user guides, checklists and ensure artifacts are up-to-date with the latest processes as changes are introduced or new offerings launched Work with ServiceNow Admin to ensure automated workflows are updated based on changes to internal processes and tools Help technical resources maintain repository for documentation/artifacts on a proper recurring cadence Work with ISO Compliance Manager to validate policies and procedures are maintained and assist in audit of providing evidence of compliance Skills, Qualifications and Requirements: Degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience required 2-4 years experience working as a technical writer or BPA 2-3 years experience working in telecom minimum Ideal candidate will have background in telecom industry with ability to quickly grasp the processes, systems to write technical documentation ITIL Foundation Certification Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) or equivalent Business Process Management Certification Excellent skills using Visio or Bizagi An efficient self-starter and quick learner with effective interpersonal and negotiation skills. Demonstrate problem solving and project management knowledge Holds a strong sense of self-accountability and excellent attention to detail Ability to learn new concepts, technologies, and methodologies rapidly with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage time and priorities effectively to allow for the timely completion of multiple tasks on concurrent project assignments.
