At NBAZ, the possibilities are endless - Come for the job, Stay for a career.National Bank of Arizona is looking for experienced Client Service Associate/Teller Float candidates with a talent and a passion for customer service, sales, and client relationship development for our Phoenix East market.Currently seeking qualified candidates who will travel to all the branches within the Phoenix East Region area to cover shifts when branch employees call in sick, are on vacation, or just when the branches require additional staffing. Phoenix East Region branches includes East Mesa, Gainey, Gilbert, Mesa Main, San Tan, and Tempe. Home base will be at our San Tan Branch located in Gilbert, AZ or potentially where the candidate is located.Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., 40 hrs./wk.Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:Responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.Identifies and addresses clients'' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.Resolves clients problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.Identifies and maximizes cross-sell banks opportunities through exploring needs.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.Benefits:Medical + Dental Insurance + Vacation + Profit Sharing - START DAY ONE!401(k) plan, competitive compensation in line with work experience.Most roles eligible for sales bonuses + monthly incentives and/or annual discretionary bonus, some roles include mileage + travel time pay, and/or parking waivers (must meet eligibility requirementsPaid Training, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, and promotional opportunities offered from withinTuition Reimbursement for qualifying employeesStable Employer, we are a division of Zions Bancorporation and included in the S&P 500 & NASDAQ Financial 100 indices.
