And how we''re able to provide our incredible talent with an innovative culture and great benefits.Who We''re Looking ForThe Talent and Organizational Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring multiple critical talent and performance management initiatives and helping to identify and develop internal talent and drive performance and career development. Additionally, the qualified candidate will be experienced in implementing surveys and developing metrics and reporting to demonstrate the impact of important talent initiatives. And your behaviors align strongly with our values, because ours do.Some of What You''ll DoPerformance/Talent ManagementWorks in partnership with Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, and members of the Talent Development Team to define, design, implement and manage end-to-end processes/programs that drive company values, increase employee engagement, and accelerate performance.Drives all aspects of the global performance reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning processes including planning, systems configuration, training resources, and communications.Develops and embeds the Syniverse''s Values in all aspects of performance management and talent management.Execute and measure effectiveness of programs and processes.Facilitates the development plans for critical talent segments across the organization.Monitors the movement of talent across the organization, identifying pipeline gaps and providing analysis on trends to provide insight into talent development and learning strategy.Leads the continuous improvement of organization''s talent management practices, systems, process, and tools.Reviews and updates competency model as needed.Career DevelopmentActivates programs that support, career pathing, and talent mobility across the organization.Identify, develop, and implement behavior/competency-based career development tools and resources to enhance professional development.Connect the dots between career path options, development needs, and Individual Development Planning.Create tools, resources, and education to drive talent growth strategies that build the talent pipeline for leadership and other critical roles needed by the business.Partners on the design and execution of learning/training aimed at developing leaders and high potential talent.Leads and contributes to critical organizational development strategies, programs, processes, and initiatives including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; Mentoring; and Development Programs.Employee SurveysSupports the development, deployment, and evaluation of Employee Surveys, including engagement and perceptions during the employee life cycle transitionsLead the launch and communication for engagement surveys and drive participation.Collaborate with HR Business Partners to identify and drive climate action plans to increase employee engagement.Utilize change management strategies to enable successful adoption and utilization of tools and processes in both current and future needsPerforms additional duties and special projects as assigned.RequirementsBachelor''s degree in related field is preferred; Masters'' degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field is preferred7-10 years related talent development experience (Training content development and delivery experience, program, and project management)Experience with performance/talent management systems; Workday experience preferredProven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with othersProven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and deadlines, while continuing to deliver service excellence.Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to multiple groups, both up, down, sideways, internal, and external.Proven ability to stay organized and detail-oriented, while being self-directed and self-motivatedProven collaborator with the ability to rally multiple resources to accomplish goalsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Power Point, Word, and ExcelWhy You Should Join UsJoin us as we write a new chapter, guided by world-class leadership.
