You will have the opportunity to contribute to cross team remediation guidance while delivering against enterprise level cyber security this role you will work closely with architecture, engineering and operations teams to identify solutions focused on security remediations. You will leverage existing Architecture principles and technology standards to enhance or develop security solutions and processes. This role will provide solutions and technical engineering guidance and oversight to business, project delivery, and system support teams as they develop and maintain secure client technology solutions.Some of What You''ll DoResponsibilities and Duties:Lead security remediation efforts across Cyber Security and Data Protection teams, working closely with colleagues in other domains; must influence up as well as across these orgsAnalyze and assess vulnerabilities in the infrastructure (software, hardware, networks); provide and execute on recommendations to reduce the threat landscapeAssist in developing engineering solutions to address confirmed security events in a timely mannerEnable automation & orchestration of security remediation efforts (ie standard builds, patching & configuration hardening)Complete tests for compliance with security policies and procedures and develop action plansProvide guidance on implementing engineering processes, technologies & standards across teamsDevelop diagrams and technical documentation on how to consume engineering servicesGather metrics to track and report performance trendsProvide technical expertise and system knowledge, as it relates to customers, problems, issues and concerns, to Production Support personnelShare remediation knowledge and best practices across the companyChampion and foster a culture of security; provide thought-leadership to complex issuesSupport governance and advisory activities for projects as they are initiated by business requirements, Software Development Lifecycles, statements of work, vetting the use of OSS, vetting of customizations to vendor products, etc.Job Requirements:BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience as a system engineer or security practitioner, preferred5+ years of relevant professional experience in an Operations Support or Production Support environmentStrong analytical, business logic and problem resolution skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong horizontal leadership skills, including conflict resolutionsStrong decision-making and follow-up skillsExperience working with geographically distributed teamsWhy You Should Join UsJoin us as we write a new chapter, guided by world-class leadership.
