This position will partner with Zooms Sales, Customer Success and Professional Services teams to drive innovation in our Demand to Quote business, so that our teams can focus on what they do best - selling! This position requires a highly experienced, driven self-starter with a can do attitude who will take full ownership and accountability of solution designs for new initiatives. Responsibilities:Partner with business teams to understand the root cause of their needs and develop scalable solutionsOrganize and lead technical design sessions and prepare solution architecture, technical design, proof-of-conceptCollaborate with our Salesforce and other technology teams (Zuora, Data Science and Engineering, in-house systems) to obtain buy-in and deliver complex system solutionsDevelop strong relationships with business teams, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisorResearch and present new technologies and software productsHost presentations and trainings to professional peers About You:Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent8+ years at Architect level in the design and implementation of CRM / PRM platformsMinimum of 3 years of experience on CRM platform (preference to SFDC), architecting solutions in the Demand to Quote space (i.e. Deal Registration, Leads, Opportunities and Forecasting) with a deep understanding of best practices, design patterns, and limitationsExpert in creating concise, but thorough solution design documents containing business process models, swimlane and sequence diagrams, process flows, UML, wireframesKnowledge of Zuora, Netsuite, Mulesoft, Data Warehouse platforms, BI and other enterprise business systems is a plus We believe that the unique contributions of all Zoomies is the driver of our success.
