Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.The Order Administration Team resides within the Corporate Financial organization and is responsible for the timely and accurate booking and processing of customer received orders. The team works with Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Marketing and Service organizations to ensure complete delivery of the required products and services offered by KLA.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manages the activities of the Order Administration Team, using knowledge of company processes and systems. Cross functional interfaces include Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Service to develop and administer the company''s sales orders.- Maintains relationships with field sales personnel to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt order submissions.- Manages professional employees who are responsible for order booking and processing. - Supports the sales function through policy and process setting and administrative support when needed.- Develops and drives adoption of corporate initiatives on sales process procedures and other strategic company projects.- Limited domestic and international travel will be required.Minimum QualificationsMaster''s Level Degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience or Bachelor''s Level Degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience.Good working knowledge of applications and tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Visio, AnalysisRequires 3 plus years knowledge of SAP Sales Module and a strong working understanding of variant configurationStrong project management skills a plusGood communication skills, written and verbalExperience and knowledge of working globallyCOVID-19 Vaccination Requirement: Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination is required where permitted by law.
