We accomplish our goals by using the law, a system of our best practices, and all the many proven strategies we''ve used to help solve all the many problems that threaten family legacies or otherwise dishonor a decedent''s last wishes.Must have 3+ years experience in probate, trust, and conservatorship administration and litigation, or in civil pensation: $142,960 - $206,020 (With Bonuses)Benefits: Gold-Level Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 10 Days Paid Vacation, 7 Paid Holidays, Simple IRA WithEmployer Matching Contribution up to 3%, Paid State Bar Dues and Training Covered After 1 Year.Employment Type: Full-TimeAs a Senior Associate Attorney at The Legacy Lawyers, P.C., you will lead a team of 4-5 Associate Attorneys, manage your own caseload, and meet with prospective clients.Eligible candidates will have 3+ years of estate, trust, and conservatorship administration and litigation experience. They should possess exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills. They will develop relationships with clients while establishing legal objectives, explaining their legal options, providing legal advice, and representing them in court and mediation. They will also meet with prospective clients, collaborate with our team members, and perform other duties to achieve the Firm''s mission.The Legacy Lawyers, P.C. is one of the leading and most-respected probate law firms in southern California. We currently have offices in Torrance, West Los Angeles and Fountain Valley. Since 1998 we have served thousands of clients involved in probate, estate, trust, conservatorship planning, and administration and litigation matters.
