Payroll Processor | $19-$22/hr | First Shift | Cold Spring, KYResponsibilities: Complete payroll processing of assigned payrolls utilizing ACS payroll softwareTimely process a wide range of employee data (including, but not limited to, new hires, garnishments, benefit contributions, changes, etc.)Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year end payroll tax payments and returnsAssist in responding to Tax NoticesApply for new tax accounts as neededAdditional special projects and duties as assignedEnsure that clients'' payroll is processed timely, accurately and compliantly, while providing excellent customer service (prompt, courteous and efficient via phone or email to clients).Qualifications:Technical 2+ years prior payroll processing experience preferred; accounting experience helpfulUnderstanding of payroll tax processing rules and regulations, tax deposit requirements, payroll tax return completion and filing of same a plusExposure to Accounting CS software a plusTechnically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and ExcelSchedule:Monday - Friday first shiftPay:$19-22/hr based on experience--IND123
