SharePoint Developer

TITLE: SharePoint Developer Location: Dallas, TX My client in the Dallas area is seeking a senior Microsoft web based collaborative platform developer that can independently design/develop intranet site with innovative approaches and solutions. The qualified individual will have extensive experience developing applications through the entire SDLC utilizing Microsoft web based collaborative platform. WHAT YOU''LL DO: * Analyzes requirements, and maintains, tests, and integrates application components. * Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented. * Works independently, receives minimal guidance and has accountability for their work and work of junior members. * Participates in the implementation of medium to complex projects. * Work with business partners and stakeholders to conceive, design, develop, test, implement, and support sharing and collaboration solutions * Act as a liaison to validate technical approaches for SharePoint on-premises architectural designs as well as support requirements * Lead the transformation/strategic delivery of the architecture and deployment of cutting-edge Collaboration technologies * Lead Customer SharePoint Proof-of-Concepts, Implementations, and troubleshooting * Provide technical experience in the planning and execution of the enterprise SharePoint strategy * Actively lead and support the deployment of SharePoint modern intranet and Team sites in SharePoint Online * Provide technical mentorship to peers, junior team members and customers WHAT YOU''LL NEED: * Bachelor''s degree or equivalent work experience required. * 4+ years of SharePoint development experience * Extensive knowledge of C, ASP.NET, and .NET Frameworks * .Net content management tool experience is a plus * Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services. * Expert knowledge of building web parts, apps, page layouts and content types * Demonstrated experience planning and leading large-scale SharePoint migrations * Strong knowledge of and experience with SharePoint workflow processes, Power Platform capabilities, Microsoft Windows platform& network infrastructure / Cloud computing & Active Directory. * Experience in SP 2019 and SPO; experience with Modern Team sites and Modern web design principles. * Proficiency with front-end technologies - JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5/CSS3 and frameworks like React.js * Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills combined with creative thinking and ability to work on abstract concepts. * Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
