IT Business Process Analyst - Manufacturing Minneapolis, MN ( West Central Metro ) * Hybrid Model: 3 days in, 2 days remote $100,000 - $130,000 base range DOQ Our client is looking for a IT Business Analyst who has experience / exposure into manufacturing business processes. Someone interested in and exposed to order entry, real-time plant floor reports / analytics / data, shipping / receiving, AP/AR, PO''s, quote to cash, supply chain, distribution, etc. This Business Process Analyst will use the ERP and other apps / systems to help make these business stakeholders job more efficient! This Analyst will represent the IT Team and have department heads as their stakeholders / customers. This is a profitable and established organization in the peak of ''acquisition mode" nationally, making the opportunity for growth even greater over time! There over 10 production plants currently across country / Mexico with more in the works! * Proven experience working within Corporate ( ideally manufacturing, distribution, Supply Chain Department, or industry ) as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, Analyst, Coordinator, BSA, Procurement, Apps Analyst, application support, ERP Analyst, etc. * Looking for functional understanding of business processes ( AP/AR, Quote to cash, shipping, receiving, mfc. Plants and how they work, supply chain, distribution, etc. ) * ERP experience * SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, etc. * CTI, Kiwiplan and other packaging, manufacturing software is nice to have, not required * Ability to build relationships with our customers by becoming a part of the business! * Inquisitive, loves to troubleshoot, eager to be Power User / SME, social - got to love working with the stakeholders! * Self-starter with a sense of urgency, and ability to work independently and in a team setting. * Software implementation, integration, update support as needed * Gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements. * Assisting with the integration of newly acquired businesses. * Work closely with end-users to understand their perspective and to assist with training.
