Interim HealthCare of Denver is offering a $5000.00 sign-on bonus between the date of April 1, 2022 and August 31, 2022, for full time Physical Therapists who complete between 25-30 scheduled visits per week. Location: Denver east of I-25, Commerce City, Aurora Status: Full Time Compensation: $60 -$100 / per visit pay, PLUS travel and mileage compensation Home health has become a much wider recognized alternative to facility care. We are looking for someone FULL TIME or PART TIME who is available to see patients in areas such as Denver Metro east of I-25, Aurora, Commerce City. Job Requirements • Attend monthly team meetings, in-services, and case conferences on a regular basis • Current Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of Colorado • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR or willing to obtain upon hire • Experience with Oasis preferred • One (1) year PT experience • Home health care experience preferred • Meets the requirements of federal and/or state criminal and abuse background checks where applicable • Successfully pass a drug test for Federal requirements (we do test for THC) • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities, and effectively handle a heavy workload • Ability to travel locally to/from office and to patient residences • Able to lift 50 pounds • Flexible with a positive, patient focused attitude Company Overview Interim HealthCare is America''s leading provider of home care, hospice, and healthcare staffing.
