Project Manager

The Modern Workplace consulting associate will work as a business advisor to provide timely, high quality client service to our mid-market clientele. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills (written and oral), problem solving skills, a strong work ethic, and good client relations. Responsibilities May Include: Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals. Contributing to the planning, tracking, and development of projects. Supporting the coordination and management of projects. Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, collections, etc. Keeping track of and reporting on project progress and aging collections. Completing any tasks assigned in an efficient and timely manner. Must have exceptional attention to detail and follow up skills Provide back up support to members of the team when needed Basic Qualifications: A passion for technology and a desire to learn Recently completed a Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or IT related concentration. A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project and Visio Travel to assigned client locations is required. Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations Exposure with Office 365 and across Office collaboration products and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, O365 Groups Preferred Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and analytical skills. Strong judgment, issues management, and problem analysis techniques. Strong presentation, facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills. Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of a team. Demonstrated ability to balance priorities on simultaneous projects. Basic Microsoft administration.
