Marketing Associate

Baker Electric Home Energy is looking for a DYNAMIC Marketing Associate to join its growing team! The ideal candidate will support the Senior Marketing Manager and the overall Marketing Department in driving lead generation for the Solar and HVAC lines of business as well as building and promoting the Baker brand in the marketplace. You will have experience in branding, communications, events, and marketing material development. Must be adept in traditional marketing channels but also have a working knowledge and understanding of digital marketing practices. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting in the development of promotions and compelling marketing campaigns Producing content for marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, tv scripts, and other initiatives Supporting email content development Managing invoices and budget tracking Producing online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production and web development Planning and managing offline events, sponsorships, and community engagement Monitoring online reviews Assist in the execution of Baker events Must be extremely organized, proactive, and creative
