The organization combines four lines of business: Merchant Services, Treasury Services, Commercial Card and Trade Finance to help clients manage working capital and increase operational efficiency.Job SummaryAs a Product Manager on the Onboarding Services team, you will be working in a fast paced environment where you will have the opportunity to build new features and capabilities that will power platforms servicing millions of businesses globally, ranging from small business to large corporate clients. The onboarding capabilities will help business to create global onboarding experiences using data, tools and risk models to enable pay-ins and pay-outs.The Product Manager will help shape the long term strategy through client engagement, market intelligence and collaboration across the business and technology. The role will contribute to product definition, product roadmap, product development and launch. Ability to communicate the strategy, vision and translate customer needs to business requirements will be critical. This is a high profile role which will require very careful attention to detail (e.g. understanding business capabilities and requirements) while always keeping the mission and our client needs in mind.Duties and responsibilitiesContribute to development of business strategy, goals and priorities for Onboarding and Risk Services, in alignment with JPM PaymentsLead product development, release management and roadmap alignmentMeet with clients to understand their needs to help develop new services and solutionsIdentify top use cases and support prioritization of features and capabilitiesAssist with the planning, maintenance and delivery of the strategic product roadmap through collaboration with various stakeholdersWork with Technology teams to define estimates for development workDevelop product requirements, customer user journeys and support technology development through delivery lifecycleBuild effective relationships with key Product, Technology, Operations, Sales and functional leads; while being able to effectively challenge them to move projects forwardEducate internal and external stakeholders on capabilitiesConfident speaker with ability to provide clear and succinct verbal updates on their work to colleagues and senior executivesPowerPoint skills - able to structure senior management presentations with minimal inputQualificationsMinimum 2 years of Product Management experienceExperience and knowledge of customer onboardingExperience with payments and account products preferredKnowledge of eCommerce/Marketplace/TP3 industry a plusKnowledge and experience in building AI/ML driven risk models for onboarding preferredExperience in building new products/services and executing on large scale and innovative initiatives/projectsFamiliarity with Agile development methodology a plusCustomer focused; ability to connect products with customer needs and broader solutionsKnowledge of APIs and strong understanding of client developer needsExperience documenting requirements, use cases and customer journeys; ability to translate customer needs into development requirementsResults oriented with a track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadershipExperience in collaborating with sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command strong influencing skillsOutstanding presentation and communication skillsAnalytical skills and attention to detail in written documentationStrong project management skillsExperience using JIRA, Confluence and SharePointProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointBachelor''s degree or equivalent requiredJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world''s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
