The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail- oriented team player with knowledge of the creative process. Familiar with current design aesthetics and an interest in all things visual is a must. The primary focus of this role is direct support of creative director ensuring oversight of the development process and keeping projects on course towards implementation. This position is half administrative/project management and half creative development and execution. Cross-functional partnerships include Marketing, Commercial Operations, Merchandising and Design, Creative Services as well as Facilities and outside vendors and suppliers. Ability to travel is required as are some holidays and weekends as business needs dictate. About the JobAdministration/Project Management:Manage inventories of creative assetsManage all graphics process with production and printersMaintain organization and storage of prop and sample closetsCreate and edit spreadsheets/documents that support the project management processOversee logistics for all set ups and tear downsRecord project spendingOversee processing of billing and vendor invoicesProcure and oversee shipping and freight of project assetsConnect and establish partnerships with cross functional teamsManage relationship and all communication with Facilities servicesCreative:Learn and develop thorough understanding of the design aesthetic and look and feel of the Levi''s brandAssist in the conception and execution of design projects under the mentorship of senior creative directorLeverage prior experience to develop and refine mannequin styling skillsetDevelop Sketch up or other relevant rendering skills to create mock display drawingsAbout You5+ years'' experience in retail, interior design firm, design showroom or similar preferredAA or BA in design-related (interior design, visual communications, visual merchandising, exhibit design) petency in Creative Adobe Suite a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be detail oriented, meet deadlines, and handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneouslyExperience implementing and maintaining new processesAbility to lift and carry small to medium items up to 40 poundsPosition at times entails prolonged standing, stooping, kneeling, twisting, bending, and climbingCompetent in MS Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointSketch-up or related CAD tool experience. Adobe design suite proficientAbility to manage multiple projects in different phases. Communication with and manage external stylists, fixture, production and installation vendors.
