Job DescriptionRadNet is the leading national provider of free-standing, fixed-site diagnostic imaging services in the United States based on the number of locations and annual imaging revenue. As a growing company, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative that will manage accounts within an assigned territory to grow volumes at a subsidiary''s diagnostic imaging center(s). You will be a trusted face to the referring physician community within your assigned territory. As a member of our team, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to sell, service, support and inform the referring physician community with clinical and relevant information needed to make an informed decision to choose our imaging center(s).Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Accurately represents RadNet and its services, and able to speak on behalf of your assigned subsidiary and or Imaging Center.* Maintains current product knowledge and features and benefits of all services and equipment.* Creates and implement sales plans and strategies to accomplish territory goals to meet and/or beat budget expectations.* Responsible for carrying out launch plans for any new imaging center, new modality or service in his/her assigned territory.* Approaches territory with an organized plan which includes trending, objectives and planned questions with growth in mind.* Understands and demonstrates the value of being part of a broad geographic network of imaging centers and leverages our relationships to grow new relationships.* Identifies prospects and sells their respective imaging services to referral sources through lead generation, cold calling, and regular visits to potential and existing accounts in efforts to grow territory and increase company revenue.* Establishes relationships with referral sources and their staff to service and grow the relationship.* Consistently meets the daily minimum required office visits and sales call volume expectations by conducting frequent visits to current and prospective referring physicians.* Assesses the needs of referring physicians, their staff and patients and monitors the effectiveness of any implemented changes.* Always available for customers and always providing timely follow-up.* Ability to turn customer problems into a mechanism for relationship-building and provides solutions as needed.* Monitors volume trends through RadNet''s platform and able to identify referral pattern changes to take action to grow the business and/or takes immediate action to address volume loss.* Maintains consistent attentiveness to the territory, is aware of the target market, and stays abreast of competitors offerings.* Maintains market visibility through web presence. Effectively manages, sells and supports RadNet''s web portal to the referral sources in their territory. Quality Standards* Communicates, cooperates, and consistently functions professionally and harmoniously with all levels of supervision, co-workers, patients, visitors, vendors and referring physicians.* Demonstrates initiative, personal awareness, professionalism and integrity, and exercise confidentiality in all areas of performance. * Attends all meetings and trainings as requested.* Follows OSHA regulations, RadNet and site protocols, policies and procedures.* Follows HIPAA, compliance, privacy, safety and confidentiality standards at all times.* Practices universal safety precautions.* Promotes good public relations on the phone and in person.* Adapts and is willing to learn new tasks, methods, and systems.* Reports to work regularly as scheduled; consistently punctual with respect to working hours and lunch schedules, and maintains satisfactory personal attendance in accordance with RadNet guidelines.* Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner.
