Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.Recruit new producers into the Crump Independent Channel for Life, Annuity, LTC and DI insurance sales,Prospect, profile and manage existing producer groups to generate revenue by developing relationships via phone, face to face meetings, agent webinars and email Marketo campaigns, Focus on high producing agents to improve agent retention and increase productivity, incorporate business travel to meet with highly productive agents and new recruits Outgoing phone contact daily requirements must be met, as well as in person visits as appropriate and group or individual webinars.Conduct regular weekly team meetings to update status of recruiting, pending cases and opportunities.Must enter all activity into CRM, maintain accurate records of all activities to maximize territory potential Able to successfully maintain and grow a minimum of 20 Tier 1 agents Produces a consistent blend and promotion of all product lines Develop a Business Plan with Sales Leadership that details activities to be followed during the fiscal year. Weekly one on ones with Sales LeaderPresents, conducts and organizes seminars for agents in person or via webinarDemonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in areas of life, annuity, long-term care, and disability Understanding of the underwriting process and is able to navigate a case from presale to placement Works at improving both product and professional skills by participating in training sessions within Crump and through independent efforts Acts as a mentor/leader to team members that support agents in book to drive accountability to maintain relationships and grow revenue Host producer study group meetings twice a year as appropriateDevelop agents to increase business, raise the level of production, capture all product lines an agent writes with the objective to capture as much of an agents business as is possible production Required Skills and Competencies:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Bachelor''s degree in business or equivalent education and relevant experience Effective interpersonal and written communication skillsDirect, constructive, consultative sales approach with producers, with experience in the sales process.Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers Effective time management skills, ability to prioritize and multi task.
