Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:The Regional Sales Manager will be passionate about leading business with key rail customers in the USA, with emphasis on Class One Railroads. This position will lead development of new project business with rail solutions as well as grow existing business. Key responsibilities include: Achieve Sales goals by successfully converting new business, primarily from projects and new product fluence end-user specification with key influencers, specifically within the Class One Railroads, consulting engineering firms, and contractors.Build relationships across all levels of key end user customers.Train and demonstrate product offerings in an office and trackside environment.Provide expertise in use of products and coordinate responses to questions and concerns of engineers and product specifiers.Deliver and refine presentations and lead discussions highlighting our benefits and value propositions for targeted business.Develop sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve regional sales targets.Actively communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally to help further improve solution set and refine message.Use Salesforce as a tool to manage opportunity pipeline and communicate feedback internally.YOU HAVE:Bachelor''s Degree preferred, or applicable experience in technical sales (engineering or technical discipline preferred).Experience working in the rail freight or transit market or a minimum of 5 years'' technical sales experience.
