The position regularly works with the Clinical Practice department, the Accountability and Compliance Officer, Placement Lead and TPA Manager, Academic Advising and the Credential Department staff to ensure highest quality programming that meets/exceeds regulatory and licensing standards. Position is responsible for collecting data that contributes to systemic program changes and reports that are required by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) accreditation standards. The specialist will also maintain tracking forms for Clinical Practice I-IV Intern candidates. This position will participate in Clinical Practice Office Hours. The Intern Specialist along with the Student Teaching Specialist will facilitate the required training for district-employed supervisors (DES).Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelors Degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Experience: Five (5) years of experience in student records/academic advising/teaching or clinical practice in teacher education. Experience with online platform.
