About This Position: The Senior Marketing Associate will lead the execution of marketing strategies that support Chase digital commerce focused strategies and incentives in addition to partnerships like DoorDash, Lyft, Spotify, Google Pay, PayPal and others. Additionally, this role will interact with a wide array of internal teams across the firm, as well as, executive leadership. This position sits within the Marketing Growth & Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase''s Consumer & Community Banking group. If you want to create new capabilities and strategies, with big impact and visibility within the firm, this is the team for you. This team is unique in that both white space and tactical thinkers have a role to play here and a place to succeed--what is most important is coming from a place of ''yes''. There are always unique and creative solutions for solving business needs and our team is a favorite for solving bigger/cross firm needs. Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for developing a new program/platform that serves ''the next best offer/message'' to our customers and will co-lead a deep partnership with Moveable Ink to take Chase to the next generation of marketing personalization and dynamic content. This means this person will also eventually be responsible for managing the execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels including email, web, ATM, paid, PR, mobile, retail and customer service. They will analyze data and provide insights into the strategy and campaigns that support our business goals. The position will also support product and campaign market research, as well as creative development with internal/external agencies. This role will involve frequent senior leadership briefings and cross firm visibility.
