Organize customer tool cribs, take a complete tool crib inventory, and enter the inventory into software. Perform software maintenance and upgrades. Assist all existing customers with software and hardware support as needed. Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position. Machinist - Customer Support Specialist 3+ years of Tool Room/Machining experience working with cutting tools Professional customer service and communication skills. Ability to work as a team or independently Friendly and outgoing personality Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills Proficient PC/computer skills.
