This process is a minimum of 3 to 6 months depending upon the specific clinical setting.As a Nurse Resident, you will:Be a part of a cohort of other new graduate nursesWork side by side with a dedicated clinical coach throughout your orientationParticipate in simulation laboratory experiencesReceive mentorship from a nurse educatorAttend cornerstone sessions designed to stimulate critical thinking skillsParticipate in classroom activities that address key clinical topicsParticipate in Nursing Councils and other professional groups within the organizationMinimum Requirements Diploma in Nursing, ADN or BSN required0 - 6 months experience is requiredCurrent NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state Health Care Provider is requiredAmerican Heart Association Basic Life Support is requiredOther Information As we grow, your opportunities do too!
