Sante of Surprise has a full-time opening for NIGHT SHIFT. We are a growing, busy rehab property. Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or rehab is strongly preferred.The Perfect Candidate:Admit, transfer, and discharge guests as required.Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc., as plete and scan required record-keeping forms/charts upon the guest''s admission, transfer, and/or discharge.Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physicians'' Order Form. Enter physician''s orders into the guest electronic medical record.Chart nurses'' notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflect the care provided to the guest, as well as the guest''s response to the care.Report all discrepancies noted concerning physician''s orders, diet change, charting error, etc., to the Director of Nursing.Ensure that appropriate documentation concerning unauthorized discharges is entered into the guest''s medical record in accordance with established procedures.Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as necessary, and in accordance with established policies.Must-Have Qualifications:Must currently hold an unencumbered RN-Nurse license through the Arizona State Board of Nursing or Compact State license- required.At least one (1) year experience working as a licensed RN-Nurse experience in Long Term Care/ Skilled Nursing/Rehab setting strongly preferred.
