Construction Account/Project Manager

We are looking for a creative and motivated Construction Account/Project Manager who will take the helm of a well-established profit center in the greater Baltimore/Washington area. We would like to hire someone with an established customer base and grow it to the next level. Working closely with your team of estimators, account managers, and administrative staff, you will develop a strong customer base, seek bid opportunities, estimate and prepare proposals, and ensure successful project execution.Our goal in all territories is to be a preferred contractor for all industrial and commercial customers in the market. Our Construction Account/Project Managers are instrumental in growing those relationships and hiring a team of professionals who can fulfill the needs of our customers.
