Now Hiring for the following locations: Davenport, Downtown Orlando, East OrangeThe Breakthrough Behavior ModelBreakthrough Behavior strives to help communities one family at a time. Breakthrough Behavior provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to families in their homes, schools, communities and inside our clinics. ABA utilizes research-based techniques to increase useful and positive behaviors and reduce those that may cause harm or interfere with learning, and is the most effective evidence-based treatment for autism recommended by physicians, the American Psychological Association, and the U.S. Surgeon General.How You Will Improve Lives The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of applied behavior analysis therapy of Breakthrough Behavior patients in the home, school and clinic settings while upholding our core values of excellence and accountability. Supervision and mentorship of RBTs and student analysts, integrating parents into therapy and coordinating with OT/ST/PT are vital aspects of this position.How You Will Fit This Role (includes, but not limited to the following): Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs (to include collaboration with other service providers such as SLPs, OTs, etc. as applicable)Update plans and goals/targets as necessary and on the specific schedule provided by clients insurance planTrain behavior technician to appropriately and successfully apply the principles of behavior through application of positive behavior intervention techniquesProvide family training when necessaryProvide direct supervision/clinical observation for each behavior technician and client they work with directlyMaintain supervision notes and documentation in client files that meet the insurance provider guidelines and company policiesProvide ongoing training in behavior change techniques as needed to behavior techniciansThe clinical supervisor must be easily accessible (either in person or by phone) for any concerns or consultations during sessionsProvide positive and negative feedback during supervision to behavior technicians as necessary to ensure the BIP is carried out with integrityCommunicate directly with behavior technicians and clients family to schedule and/or cancel supervision visits and caregiver meetings in accordance with insurance requirements and company policiesMaintain compliance with the BCBA / BCaBAs task list, including all ethical guidelinesMaintain a professional relationship with behavior technicians, clients, and family members at all timesMaintain session notesQualifications and SkillsBoard Certified Behavior Analyst / Board Certified Assistant Behavior AnalystState licensure when applicableAt least 3 years'' experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilitiesCPR and BLS Certifications/Re-certificationsPass Federal, State and County background checkHow We Help You Succeed & Grow Highly competitive compensation packages based on experienceQuarterly performance incentivesBenefits packages for full time employees (medical, dental, vision, PTO, Paid Mental Health Days, holidays, 401K)CEUs and professional development opportunitiesFully web-based clinical softwareCompany issued laptopParticipation in work groups and team building activitiesResearch opportunitiesOur Mission & Core Values Breakthrough Behavior''s mission is to provide meaningful outcomes to individuals with developmental disabilities and we focus on excellence, compassion, innovation and accountability to deliver clinical success to all our patients.
