We are looking for a collaborative, passionate, team orientated licensed therapist that loves working with families to join the team as an Family Therapist!. We are a family-focused, systemic treatment program that is committed to clinical excellence and unparalleled care. We believe that family involvement is integral and necessary for the successful recovery of our clients. A person exists within a family and should be treated within the context of the family. To improve the quality of life as a family, it''s essential to involve the entire family in treatment. In this role you make a significant impact on client''s lives by providing individual family therapy, multi-family groups, and parent support groups, all while creating a space where they have permission to be open and honest about the challenges they are facing. Training & Experience: Clinical License is required LPCC / LPC / LSW / LCSW / MFTC / LMFT Previous experience with family therapy and/or substance use and mental health treatment is required Previous experience in evidence based practices required: Motivational Interviewing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Mindfulness Must feel comfortable running groups for 15-30 people COVID-19 Protocols: ALL STAFF MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19 We value of staff and client''s safety - Sandstone Care will adhere to all state/federal mandates and CDC guidelines and recommendations.
