RN - Home Health Field Nurse PRN or Full time

We are looking for per diem RNs to work alongside our RN case managers and LVNs to help deliver exceptional clinical care with a personal touch. There are 2 available positions, one is per diem (PRN) and the other is a full time position with benefits.Responsibilities:* In this job, you will be responsible for conducting OASIS assessments, working with an LVN to treat and educate patients, as well as perform regular treatment visits according to the established care plan. Two years experience as an RN is required, home health and/or Wellsky (Formerly Kinnser) EMR experience is a plus! Qualifications:* The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications: Be a graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing, have a current TX license to practice as an RN, be comfortable being independent in the home setting with skills such as assessment, venipuncture, wound vac, and Foley catheterization, have current CPR certification, and have reliable transportation with current auto liability insurance.
