Mitigation/Construction Project Manager

WE WANT YOU!Your responsibilities are:Manage and facilitate residential, commercial and industrial projects through completion.Generate detailed Work Order, communicate, and schedule work with Mitigation & ContentsGenerate & provide accurate project schedules to customers and assigned subcontractors.Maintain frequent communication with customers, subcontractors, and estimators to achieve a cohesive product.Coordinate & record all material selections with the customer.Determine & generate material take-off & coordinate the purchase of materials.Approve & submit subcontractor invoices for payment to A/P Clerk.Secure necessary permits.Order dumpsters.Maintain an orderly and clean job municate with estimator weekly to provide status on all jobs.Ensure all employees/subcontractors are working safely.Reports to: Estimator/ M&C General ManagerRequirementsEducation Requirements: 3 Years Related ExperienceLicenses and Certifications:OSHA 10HR recommendedLead Safe RenovatorValid Drivers licensePhysical Demands:Lift (occasionally) 5-100 lbs. May involve significant stand/walk/push/pull Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling. Ability to work in confined spaces. Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat. Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times.Work Requirements:7:00am - 5:00pm on the job and/or available by phoneThe employee is expected to work weekends when a necessary/job demands it.The employee is expected to be on-call (at least by phone) upon needs of the estimatorKnowledge of anizational & multi-tasking municate effectively with all departments, subcontractors, and puter literate.Find and manage subcontractors.Review jobs on a weekly basis with the estimator.Bring jobs in on targeted budget 65% or less.Achieve customer service scores at a minimum of 9 on average or an NPS of 67.5%.Provide the customer with a job schedule unless the project is produced in less than 2 weeks.Paul Davis Restoration has been serving Wisconsin''s commercial, industrial and residential disaster restoration and remodeling needs for over 25 years.
