The Security Supervisor will supervise security officers and act as the liaison between the Account Manager on a specific shift at the assigned location. Qualifications/Requirements:Flexible Schedule AvailabilityMust be at least 21 years of ageMust have a valid state of Illinois Identification CardOne year experience as a security supervisor or management positionHigh School Diploma/GED (must be accredited certificate) Must have a valid PERC card and 20/40 hour Security Training CertificateMust successfully pass drug screen and criminal background check Able to work independently and as a team memberResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison between the Account Manager and Field Operations ManagementBuild, improve, and maintain effective relationships with both clients and employeesSupervise and manage a team of security officers, training, coaching, development and supportEnsure that all client sites are provided with high-quality security services to protect individuals and propertyEnsure all required reporting and contractual compliance requirements are metDevelop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, recognition, etc.)Provide the basis of great working environments by treating staff with respectMaintain a strong floor presence throughout the shift while monitoring each officers performanceEnsure that all building policies and procedures are being adhere to Report all operational matters directly to Field Supervision and/or the Field Operations ManagerReconcile logs, shift responsibilities and patrolsReview incident reports prior to submitting to clients and coordinate preliminary investigationsImplement emergency response activities as appropriateMust be able to:Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of timeClimb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shiftDisplay exceptional customer service and communication skills Must have the ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat Other duties as assignedMake sure you follow us on Facebook and Instagram @skytechsecurityservicesSkyTech is an Equal Opportunity Employer
