Complete material take-off and planning/coordination of subcontractors and materials.Coordinating with Project Manager on project documents needed.Assist PM with establish scope of subcontracted work and verifying vendors.Assist the PM with shipments of materials to the appropriate sites.Confirm and enter data into tracking spreadsheet to ensure compliance with Scope of Work.Prepare and maintain cost tracker to ensure budget guidelines are being met.Assist in resolving contract questions with customers and contractors with direction from the PM.Ensure all Certificates of Insurance are complete as required.Assist in maintaining positive and effective communication during the course of the project.May be asked to execute small projects independently.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and TRAINING:2-year business or technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.Experience in construction environment PUTER SKILLS:Proficient in Microsoft Office ApplicationsIntermediate to Advanced Excel skills necessaryREQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Tech Savvy - Anticipating and adopting innovations in business.
