Maintenance Technician

OverviewWe have the tools and training, now we just need you! MG Properties is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our beautiful property, The Retreat Apartments in Phoenix, AZ!ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be customer service focused but if you have any handyman experience, we are ready to train! Some duties will include maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, maintaining common areas/grounds/office and taking emergency calls and more!Qualifications Experience with plumbing & electrical preferred (hands-on training provided) Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success! Must be able to work weekends and take emergency after-hour petitive pay plus an excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision and 401K match!
