Maintenance Technician I - Sign On Bonus

Overview:Maintenance are required to take equipment apart to perform necessary maintenance, and then put equipment back together and return equipment back to service (Build, tear down and maintain equipment).$21.50 - $36.00/hr$2,000 Sign On BonusJob Responsibilities:•Complete tasks as required by following industry accepted policies and practices for a general maintenance support team.•Have knowledge of and ability to use, operate, and maintain multiple types of powered tools and equipment. •Be able to work within a team and still perform solo with minimal supervision.•Perform various maintenance responsibilities, with the ability to stop and start multiple tasks when necessary to assure priorities get immediate response.•Exercise judgment and initiative in planning ahead, anticipating problems and completing job assignments.•Be in work area on time and exemplify good work habits and commitment to all jobs well done. Requires the interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels. •Utilize appropriate safety equipment, personal protective equipment, and assure all applied safety practices are followed. •Have the knowledge and ability to operate, troubleshoot, order replacement parts for, perform scheduled preventative maintenance on and make needed repairs.•Good housekeeping practices and habits expected. This includes the maintenance department and any site in the facility.•Heavy lifting up to 40 pounds. May perform other duties as assigned.
