Allocation of administrative and clinical time is dependent upon the size and range of programs at the site and assigned by the Regional Medical DirectorSchedule will include at least one evening session weekly and one weekend day monthly unless changed approved by supervisorRequirements:Direct supervision of all providers who are assigned to this practice as their primary sitePerforms semiannual evaluations of all providers who are assigned to this practice as their primary site, and their annual competency evaluationsOrganizes monthly meetings with providers with documented minutes of meetingsParticipates in monthly office management meeting with nurse manager and office manager of siteAbility to collaborate with all other clinical discipline as applicable to the site (dental, psychiatry and other clinical staff)Monitor and Manage Site Quality PerformanceDemonstrates an understanding of health care systems and the ability to apply this knowledge to improve and optimize health carePrecepts residents, medical students, and other health professional trainees as appropriateQualificationsQualifications:Graduate of an accredited medical school and an accredited residency programNY State Medical LicenseBoard CertifiedCurrent BCLSCurrent DEA CertificateBasic computer and internet navigational skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft applications (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with Electronic Health Records TechnologyProficiency in conversational Spanish, preferred
