Employment Type:Full timeShift:Description:Trinity Health Mid Atlantic, St. Mary Physician''s Group is looking for a Nurse Practitioner (Family) to join our growing team Bensalem, PA.The NP will provide coordination, planning and implementation of health-related services that best meet the needs of patients and their families as a Family nurse practitioner. Incorporate education plans into daily patient activity while integrating primary and secondary diagnosis. The NP will assume accountability for managing the delivery of patient and act as a patient advocate and uphold patient''s rights. Will work in a collaborative team environment; consulting and referring to other Health Care professionals in our health system.
