Job Description Role Infrastructure Project Manager | Redmond, W Mandatory Technical Skills Prepare and ship supplies to datacenters & follow up with DC ops for action Prepare/create manifests through Kusto query Follow up and ensure completion of all the tasks that require Datacenter Operations action Ship packed cards between datacenters Continuous deployment of KMSP service Continuous monitoring of dead or unhealthy hosts and engage DC Ops to repair item Investigation of failed DHSM devices and work with DC Ops to revive them AKV Support Secrets rotation for network switches Experince with HSM ssist with firmware upgrades and server decommission Network support o Configuration of network switches o POC for network device maintenance work windows and monitoring of network traffic Generate reporting / create dashboard for repetitive tasks. For example, for investigation KMSP livesite incidents. Desirable Technical Skills Experience on hardware evaluation (firmware settings/versions, standardizing hw config , specing out peripherals, video signal /hw testing) Experience on Virtualization Experience on Vertiv Experience in working with OEM''s in addressing Hardware bugs Experience on kernel level debugging on (OS/Driver/ARM) Mandatory Functional Skills Strong customer relations experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding/work experience of Complex/diverse environments Status Reporting Total Experience Required 5+ Work Location Redmond Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
