Assistant Corporate Controller

Job DescriptionLocation: Las Vegas, Nevada or Lebanon, Oregon (Relocation within 25 miles of either location is required)Schedule: Monday - FridayPosition Summary:Performs high level accounting functions. Treasury functions, fixed asset management including project tracking, journal entry creation and review, reconciling accounts and foreign entity financial translations. Assists Corporate Controller to report accurate and timely consolidated financial statements and variance analysis.Support a platform for growth and standardize processesPrepare journal entries, month-end accruals, and other month-end close dutiesWork with various department personnel including from Manufacturing, Sales, Engineering and PurchasingForeign entity financial reportingConsolidation of multiple entity financial statementsReview and analyze financial statements for accuracyAnalyze and resolve work problemsShare process information with team membersPreparation of periodic variance reportsGlobal fixed asset management, including maintaining master asset register, property tax reporting and periodic inventory countsCreate and review reconciliationsComplete BEA and US Census reportingOther duties as assignedFollow and promote ENTEK company core valuesAAP/EEO Statement: ENTEK is an equal opportunity employer. Experience working with ERP system & utilizing system for accounting functions required.
