Responsibilities/QualificationsAvalon Physician Services is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to be part of a growing traveling physician practiceYou would be working with the senior living community as a traveling Nurse Practitioner. High degree of independent clinical judgement is given in a role that is cutting edge in serving the house call patient. Providing care to house call patients either in-person or utilizing telehealth platform Monitor assigned patients and develop intervention strategies as necessary to respond to chronic conditions and promote wellness Perform generalized telemedicine services to patients of all agesThis position offers flexible hours with an independent environment.Qualifications and Skills 3 or more years of nursing preferred 2 or more years with seniors preferred Experience working for a traveling practice is preferred Nurse Practitioner Reliable transportation and Driver''s License required
