In this role, you will bring industry experience, innovation, and specialized knowledge to help improve construction management processes and internal controls for our clients. Come join our growing practice!Individuals who thrive at Moss Adams exhibit the following success skills Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, Growth Mindset, Intellectual Curiosity, and Results Focus.Responsibilities:Manages successful completion of projects (on time, on budget,) through the complete project lifecycle, from planning, design, permitting and buildingDevelops and manages definition of deliverables, goals, timeframes, resource planning, milestones, and budget as they relate to construction projectsProactively manages communications between all parties involved in the construction process of a project. This can include clients, architecture, engineering, general contractors and various trade groupsReports to upper management on a weekly base on status of projects with gap reports, risk assessment and overall mitigation tactics as they relate to the projectsManages project design, budgeting, permitting, contracts, and constructionDefines and documents design and construction requirements and processesFacilitates project team meetings and generates project meeting minutes and distributes to the project team for review and commentManages multiple, parallel projectsDirects the activities of on-site and off-site consultantsEstablishes and maintains client relationshipsIdentifies opportunities to broaden client servicesQualifications:Bachelor''s degree in business, math, science or related field.Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in a construction environment required, preferably with a general contractor or real estate ownerStrong verbal and written communication skills including a high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretionOrganizational and project management skills with ability to project manage multiple, parallel projects often under tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely mannerProven commitment to providing exceptional client serviceAble to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutionsAbility to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing othersProficiency with project management software tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint).Ability to travel as needed, approximately 20%Moss Adams is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
