Clinical Director - California

We are currently looking for a Full-time Lead Dentist to lead an amazing team of providers!The Lead Dentist is the clinical leader of the Eastern U.S. dental practices that are supported by and affiliated with Onsite Dental. The Lead Dentist will provide direction, mentorship, and support to the other clinical providers (i.e., dentists and dental hygienists) in the region. The region currently includes CA, AZ, OR, and WA. They will also conduct peer review quality assurance audits, help lead study clubs and increase team efficiency and scope of practice.
