NSPT has been assisting families for over 20 years and has expanded to several locations.Job Description: Our therapists are the most important members of our team. The Physical Therapist should have experience and expertise in a wide variety of orthopedic, neuromuscular and developmental conditions. These conditions include, but are not limited to, congenital muscular torticollis, cerebral palsy, and spina bifida. The physical therapist should also have clinical skills with a variety of ages and treatment techniques. Experience in a multi-disciplinary setting is a plus, as we are a clinic who values collaboration with other therapists and professionals.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive evaluationsIndividualized treatment servicesConsistent consultation and feedback to the parents, communication with physicians, and communication with schoolsQualifications:Masters degreeLicensed in ILMaintain accreditation, if applicable Meets continuing education requirements to maintain licensure Previous pediatric fieldwork and practicum experience requiredFlexibility... when it comes to your schedule and availability to work, that is. Our clinics are open 6 days a week! Desire to be a part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team with the drive to work together to ensure each child reaches his/her maximum potential.Preferred candidates will have at least one year of experience subsequent to obtaining licensure.Previous experience working with children and adolescents.
