Visit for more information.ResponsibilitiesThe Wound Care Nurse is a skilled and experienced professional Registered Nurse (RN) assisting with the development, coordination, and monitoring of the hospital''s Wound Care Program. The Wound Care Nurse provides expert direction and support, establishes standards of care and clinical competencies to meet patient needs, and provides training to ensure quality clinical care. The Wound Care Nurse is responsible for quality initiatives and compliance. The Wound Care Nurse works collaboratively with the medical staff, and provides education to patients, caregivers, and staff on wound, ostomy and continence care. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent and in alignment with the vision and core values of the organization.
