DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESKeep all menus clean and organizedWarmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrivalWhen possible, open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurantWhen immediate seating is limited, record guest names and number of people in partyUpdate Matre D/Lead Host on table statusRun Open Table SystemLocate guest parties when tables become availableAccommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possibleSeat guests based on guest preference, guest count in server stations and proper seating of roomHave full understanding and comply with all Bottle service proceduresUpon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of their server''s name. Inspect table for proper presentation and completenessRelay messages to servers and bussers as neededThank guests as they leave and invite them to returnBe able to work on your feet for long periods of timeBe able to wear heels (if applicable)Be able to do outreach / concierge visitsRepresent STK at off site events as brand ambassadorBe able to answer phonesBe able to lift & carry traysAssist other FOH staff to perform setting up restaurant, cleaning restaurant, bussing tables, running food, taking food orders, making cocktails, serving guests, assisting host staff and opening and serving wine, when neededOther duties as assignedPerform all duties while following all health department sanitation requirementsNo consumption of alcoholic beverages while working
